Does VisionScape come to my property? 
Yes.
Upon moving forward with your new landscape design, the first step is to have a VisionScape representative come out to your property to perform a complete landscape design Field Survey.

What is a Field Survey?
A Field Survey is the essential first step in any landscape design project. During your Filed Survey VisionScape will collect pertinent information about your property and existing landscape. A typical Field Survey consists of measuring your property, house and existing features as well as a complete photo survey.

This information is then used to build you’re Base Map and 3D replica of your property; as it is today. It is this 3D replica and Base Map that will enable you and your Master Landscape Designer to begin discussing and visualizing various landscape design concepts.

How much does the Landscape Design cost?
At VisionScape our fees are standard. We charge a flat fee based on the property size and design area. You can find out more information about or landscape design fee’s by clicking here.

How much will my new landscape cost?
That is up to you. Every landscape is different and every client is different. We have had $200,000 landscapes on 1/8 acre lots and $20,000 landscapes on 20 acre lots.

What is important to note is that VisionScape works for you. Since we do not do the construction or sell product we are not motivated by the size or cost of your landscape project. Instead we are motivated by continually exceed our clients expectations.

Homeowners Associations- I live in a development where everything needs to be approved by the board.
No problem. At VisionScape we are experienced in creating tools and presentations for communicating with your homeowners association. We also have the ability to make any changes required by the board to obtain final approval of your landscape design.

Does VisionScape do the construction as well as the landscape design?
No. VisionScape was created with the idea of being an unbiased resource for homeowners and leveling the playing field. As a result we work with our clients to design, plan and budget their new landscape. However at a clients request we will provide 3 licensed local contractors to provide you with Apples to Apples construction bids for your new landscape.

Can I install the landscape myself?
Absolutely. Once you have your completed landscape design you may elect to do the installation yourself, perhaps part of the installation. You may even choose to implement your new landscape over several phases or seasons. With VisionScape you control the project from start to finish.

I want a low maintenance landscape.  Can VisionScape help me with that?
Yes. When working with your Master Designer he or she will explain the benefits and drawbacks of all of your landscape features. Waterwise and low maintance landscapes are on the rise. Yourr Master Landscape Designer will draw upon years of experience to ensure you’re your new landscape design results in the landscape of your dreams, not ours.

I want a custom project, something unique, how can you do that?
During the landscape design process you and your Master Designer will discuss many aspects of you property and life style to come up with design elements that are unique to you, making each landscape design as unique as our clients.
